No Refunds. Equipment will be issued and athletes will be allowed to participate with Redwood Beasts Youth Football (RBYF) when full registration and payment is complete. If full registration and payment is not received athletes will not be allowed to participate or be issued equipment. Fees include the rental fee of football or cheer uniforms and equipment. Uniforms and equipment are the property of RBYF and must be returned at the end of the season. I/We agree to pay the cost of any lost equipment or uniform issued to my athlete or me by RBYF. I/We agree to adhere to the NPYF Code of Conduct. I/We understand that failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct could result in my/us/athlete inability to participate in any or all NPYF/Affiliated Association activities, including practices, regularly scheduled games, post season, cheer competition, championship games.  I/We also understand that all schedules for NPYF games during or post season are subject to change, date, time and location with notification to the Association President

Photo, Audio and Video Release:

I give permission to RBYF to use photographs, audio, or video taken of me or my participant during games and events associated with RBYF to help promote league activities as determined at the sole discretion of RBYF. Use could include publications, media releases, announcements, electronic or otherwise and on the Beasts Youth Athletics website or social media platforms. I understand that neither I or my participant(s) will receive any compensation if such image appears in any of the manners listed above or any other manner that the league deems appropriate.
